here is a little secret ( not really) for those of you who want to travel around the world without paying too much for it: wwoof, work worldwide on organic farms. In exchange for a 20 hour workweek on the farm you get a place to stay and one meal a day. Nice right? Well, I started wwoofing around last month and here is the trailer I am staying into ( I bought it for $1100 so it need a little tlc!) and that will hopefully take me all the way to Oregon next summer or fall via Guatemala and Canada (yes I do know my geography,I just dream big!)
Hope to see you on the road, and also on my new travel blog, (born to live) soon!

So now even Buddy started a site (WWOOFing...)??? Clever family!
Miss u guys, hope all is well. So were your friends able to help you figure out how to work the hot water & heat? Tell your travel plans to various trailer companies, the travel channel,WWOOF site, Planet Green network, Globe Trekker, etc.& maybe they'll help fund your escapades(give u a warm & hopefully green trailer/camper, maybe a video camera, new laptop to help document everything) for the publicity & maybe do an online or on cable show. Be sure to include some info about you, Hal & Buddy, you're a charming trio, when Buddy's in a good mood :).If all elso fails, use your disarming French accent on 'em!!
Joyeux Noël. Let me know if you succeed!
Keep us posted on your adventures!! Hope you and Hall have a Joyeux Noel. Wilmington will not be the same place without you both. Take care, Meghan & Ash
